Our Responsibilities

  1. We guarantee to pay you the agreed monthly rent and ensure there are no void rental periods.
  2. We fill the property with our professional tenants.
  3. We deal with all tenant issue so you don’t have to.
  4. We ensure all utility bills and council tax bills are paid for.
  5. We maintain the property during the term of contract with regular property and tenant inspections.
  6. We take care of tenant evictions, when required.
  7. We will complete minor repairs to the property for free.
  8. We provide a regular cleaning service to keep your property in optimal condition.
